Founded in 1993 in Audierne near the famed Pointe du Raz, this association unites Breton fishers around one shared method: hook-based sea bass fishing. Spanning the coast from Saint-Malo to the Loire estuary, members commit to strict sustainability standards—using boats under 12 meters, fishing only with lines, making day trips to ensure peak freshness, and observing a biological rest period from February 15 to March 15. Rooted in tradition and responsible practices, the association preserves both the craft and the quality of line-caught sea bass in Brittany.
