Small-Scale Fisher
“Every day, small-scale fishing feeds communities, shares its knowledge, and defends the Ocean. To protect the Ocean, we must protect small-scale fishers”
Sandrine is a trained biologist and small-scale fisher with over a decade of experience. She began fishing in the Mediterranean, later moving to Brittany before settling in Royan, Charente-Maritime. Specializing in noble species like sea bass and meagre, her line-caught fish are served in top restaurants around the world, from Dubai to Australia.
