Fondata nel 2016 nella regione della R\u00eda de Arousa, in Galizia, l'Associazione delle Mulleres Salgadas \u00e8 la prima e unica organizzazione che rappresenta le donne in tutte le professioni marittime nel settore della pesca in Galizia. Con oltre 2.000 membri - tra cui individui e gruppi di confraternite di pescatori, allevamenti di cozze, cooperative e associazioni culturali - Mulleres Salgadas \u00e8 un'organizzazione pionieristica e femminista dedicata al riconoscimento e alla valorizzazione del lavoro delle donne in mare. La sua influenza \u00e8 cresciuta ben oltre il suo scopo originario e, dal 2020, occupa un posto nel comitato strategico di AKTEA, la rete europea delle donne della pesca.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
