En Asociaci\u00f3n para el Bienestar de los J\u00f3venes Pescadores del Distrito (DFYWA)<\/strong> es una ONG registrada que trabaja desde 1992 para apoyar a las comunidades de pescadores artesanales de la costa oriental de la India. Uno de los principales objetivos de su labor es el desarrollo de iniciativas sostenibles de pesca seca, sobre todo para empoderar a las mujeres vendedoras, tanto individualmente como a trav\u00e9s de colectivos. Con una s\u00f3lida experiencia de base y asociaciones con organismos de investigaci\u00f3n nacionales e internacionales, la DFYWA combina el trabajo pr\u00e1ctico de desarrollo con la defensa de pol\u00edticas, con el objetivo de colmar lagunas cr\u00edticas en infraestructuras, investigaci\u00f3n y sistemas de apoyo. La DFYWA reconoce los retos espec\u00edficos del sector del pescado seco, como la estacionalidad, la volatilidad del mercado y la falta de soluciones a medida, y aboga por enfoques m\u00e1s centrados, inclusivos y adaptados al contexto para garantizar la sostenibilidad a largo plazo y la dignidad de los medios de subsistencia en la pesca posterior a la captura.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
