Empesca't es una asociaci\u00f3n de pescadores artesanales de l'Escala y l'Estartit, unidos por la pasi\u00f3n por la pesca sostenible, la tradici\u00f3n y el respeto al medio marino. Utilizando peque\u00f1as embarcaciones y artes tradicionales de bajo impacto, pescan de forma responsable en sus aguas locales, combinando un profundo conocimiento local con profesionalidad. Motivados por la dificultad de vender sus capturas de forma justa, crearon la marca Empesca't para prescindir de intermediarios y suministrar marisco trazable y de alta calidad directamente a selectos establecimientos hosteleros, apoyando tanto sus medios de vida como la salud del ecosistema marino.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
