Associazione Casette dei Pescatori

In the last few years the Vada fishermen, decided to constitute an association called “Associazione Casette dei Pescatori” (Fishermen’s Cottages Association). The association focuses on the life in our sea in the years to come. The association is now part of a network that includes environmental groups, amateur fishermen, diving associations, and other people involved with our local sea. Together we have formed the “Comitato per la tutela delle Secche di Vada” (Committee for the Protection of Vada’s Banks), because we think that Vada’s Banks are a special place that must be preserved for future generations.
