Empesca't ist ein Zusammenschluss von handwerklichen Fischern aus l'Escala und l'Estartit, die die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr nachhaltige Fischerei, Tradition und den Schutz der Meeresumwelt eint. Mit kleinen Booten und schonenden traditionellen Fangger\u00e4ten fischen sie verantwortungsbewusst in ihren lokalen Gew\u00e4ssern und verbinden fundierte Ortskenntnisse mit Professionalit\u00e4t. Motiviert durch die Herausforderung, ihren Fang fair zu verkaufen, haben sie die Marke Empesca't geschaffen, um Zwischenh\u00e4ndler zu umgehen und r\u00fcckverfolgbare, qualitativ hochwertige Meeresfr\u00fcchte direkt an ausgew\u00e4hlte Gastronomiebetriebe zu liefern - und damit sowohl ihren Lebensunterhalt als auch die Gesundheit des Meeres\u00f6kosystems zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
