Der 2016 in der Region R\u00eda de Arousa in Galicien gegr\u00fcndete Verband Mulleres Salgadas ist die erste und einzige Organisation, die Frauen in allen maritimen Berufen im galicischen Fischereisektor vertritt. Mit \u00fcber 2.000 Mitgliedern - darunter Einzelpersonen und Gruppen aus Fischereibruderschaften, Muschelzuchtbetrieben, Genossenschaften und Kulturvereinen - ist Mulleres Salgadas eine bahnbrechende, feministische Organisation, die sich f\u00fcr die Anerkennung und St\u00e4rkung der Arbeit von Frauen auf See einsetzt. Ihr Einfluss ist weit \u00fcber das urspr\u00fcngliche Ziel hinausgewachsen, und seit 2020 hat sie einen Sitz im strategischen Ausschuss von AKTEA, dem europ\u00e4ischen Netzwerk von Frauen in der Fischerei.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
