La Casa dei Pesci (“The House of the Fishes”) is a nonprofit association founded in 2012 to protect and preserve the marine environment, particularly the sea of Maremma. Inspired by the lifelong work of artisanal fisherman and environmental guide Paolo Fanciulli, the association blends conservation with art to raise public awareness about ocean protection. While rooted in the Maremma region, its mission and message aim to inspire positive change both nationally and internationally, serving as a model of sustainable and creative environmental action.
